The
Lawlor Events Center Ticket Office is conveniently located
inside the south main entrance at the ground level.
Ticket Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 10am-5pm
and Saturday from 10am-1pm but does offer extended hours on
the day on an event. The ticket office is closed Saturdays
in the summer from approximately Memorial Day through Labor
Day.
The ticket office is a walk-up service only and cannot accept
ticket orders by phone. However, for additional information
during regular business hours, box office assistance is available
at (775) 784-4444.
Payment Methods
The Lawlor Box Office will accept cash, local
checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards.
Checks should be payable to Board of Regents and must be accompanied
by a drivers license for identification purposes. We do not
accept checks within two weeks of the event date. A $15.00
fee will be charged on all returned checks. All ticket
purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
During concerts and most sporting events,
there is also a ticket booth located on Lawlor’s Outer Concourse
near the entrance from the first level of the West Stadium
Parking Complex. This ticket booth is open on event days one
hour prior to show time.

Will Call Procedure
Tickets you have purchased online or over
the phone through Tickets.com can be picked up in advance
at Lawlor’s Ticket Office during normal business hours.
On the day of an event will call tickets will be available
at the opening of the Ticket Office. We require a photo
ID and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.
If the tickets were ordered by someone else for you, the transaction
number of the order and a written statement by that person
must be presented to claim the tickets. The Ticket Office
will not be responsible for unclaimed tickets. No information
will be given over the phone as to the status of will call
tickets. Will call name changes cannot be made via telephone.
Ticketing and Seating for Guests with Disabilities
We ask that patrons who are in need of wheelchair accessible
seats request only a ticket for themselves and one companion
so that all who require this seating may be accommodated.
Seating is reserved in adjacent sections
for additional friends and family members. There is a public
elevator available from the lower ticket entrance to the concourse
level, in addition to an accessible entrance
from the first level of the West Stadium Parking Complex just
north of Lawlor Events Center. For additional accessibility information click here.
First Day On-Sales
of Tickets
Lawlor Events Center prohibits “camping out” on property
before a major concert or event goes on sale. Tickets.com
has established the Random Number Distribution Line Control
for first day on-sales so everyone has a chance to be the
first in line to purchase great seats. Please be aware that
Tickets.com has over 100 outlets throughout Northern Nevada
and Northern California and staff a phone reservation center
with approximately 100 ticket agents. At any given time, there
can be as many as 200 users on the Tickets.com system selling
the same inventory of tickets.
If there is more than 15 people in line, an hour before the
ticket office opens, each person will be issued one line-up
ticket and a matching stub will be entered in to the random
number drawing. During this time period, Lawlor personnel
will make every effort to provide line-up tickets to all customers
who are present but you do not have to participate. Patrons
who do not wish to participate will have to line-up behind
all who do participate.
The beginning number will be drawn by someone in the line.
Issuance of a line-up number does not guarantee a ticket to
the event; the event may sell out before the customer’s position
in line is reached.
The line will be arranged according to the random beginning
number. For example, if the beginning number is #32 and the
store passed out #1-100, customer #32 would be the first in
line followed by #33-100, then #1-31.
If you arrive after that time, please take your position
in the “late line”. (“Late line” starts at the end of the
number line.) If you are not in line at the time your line-up
number is called to enter the store and purchase tickets,
your spot in line is forfeited (Although you may go to the
end of the line).
